Meg is a teenage girl who seems to be the main character in this book. She doesn't seem to have a lot of confidence in herself and feels left out at school. Sometimes I feel left out at when my friends don't invite me to play after school.
I agree with Mackenzie. I think everyone feels left out sometimes. Meg seems to feel this way a lot in the book and this is what is making her do bad in school. It probably doesn't help that her brother is a genius and is only 5 years old! I feel left out every now and then too especially when I am not picked to be on the team I want to when I play football with my friends. This doesn't seem to affect my school work though.
